Update Meet Dixie: 

Dixie may still be devoted to her son Cruiser, but as her confidence grows, the happier she is to greet us and rub against our legs when we enter the room. Approach her slowly and she’ll avidly accept some gentle pets. Now Dixie’s fervent dream is to blossom fully in a patient and loving home with room enough for Cruiser and her.
